How do I register for an event?
Click on any event in the calendar to view details and registration information. If registration is required, a registration link will be provided.
How do I request Port participation in my event?
Complete the event request form and provide details about your organization, event, and the type of Port participation you're requesting.
How far in advance should I submit an Event Request?
Please submit your request at least 30 days before your event whenever possible to allow time for review, planning, and scheduling.
What types of Port participation can I request?
You may request Port staff to participate as a speaker or presenter, panelist, exhibitor, matchmaking participant, or another participant role related to your event.
Does submitting an event request form guarantee Port participation?
No. All requests are reviewed, but participation depends on staff availability, scheduling, and available resources.
Is my event eligible for the Port's Community Sponsorship Program?
The Port provides sponsorship funds to nonprofit and governmental organizations for community functions and events that help inform the public about the Port.
