This session will provide an overview of the Port’s contracting process, along with a guided walkthrough of how to navigate PlanetBids, the Port’s e-procurement system.

Please submit your request at least 30 days before your event whenever possible to allow time for review, planning, and scheduling.
You may request Port staff to participate as a speaker or presenter, panelist, exhibitor, matchmaking participant, or another participant role related to your event.
No. All requests are reviewed, but participation depends on staff availability, scheduling, and available resources.
The Port provides sponsorship funds to nonprofit and governmental organizations for community functions and events that help inform the public about the Port.
